Britney Spears is Brunette and Looks Fan-Freakin-TASTIC (Bottle Blonds, Does This Make You Rethink Things?)

Thanks to all this Oscars business, it took me a completely unacceptable amount of time to realize that Britney Spears has new brown hair! And she looks fanfreakintastic.

Britney showed off her warm new medium-brown hue at Elton John’s Oscars viewing party last night. All I have to say is: Britney, where has this hair color been all your life? Don’t ever change it! As for the rest of you: I’m wondering whether Britney’s haircolor change-up is making some bottle blonds crave a change. Raise your hand if you’re suddenly visualizing yourself as a brunette! (I’ve been growing out my blond highlights for a while–I’ve showed you my accidental ombre–and Brit’s new look totally makes the long awkward phase feel worth it!) Let’s discuss below.
