How to Jazz Up a Little Black Dress: Toss on Hot Pink Lipstick and Accessories (Look How Cute It Is on Rose McGowan!)

I’m sure you’ve got a little black dress somewhere in your closet. Or maybe you’re like me and you have, like, 12. That’s why I kind of have to point out how Rose McGowan spiffed hers up and made it just a touch more summery.

She wore it with a couple of splash of hot pink—namely, her hot pink lipstick and a vivid little clutch. It makes for one complete head-to-toe look and there’s no guess-work involved. A no-brainer, really. And it’s kind of the opposite of the white-dress-red-nails thing—or, really, it’s more like it’s naughtier little sister.
