Jenna Dewan-Tatum Can’t Stop Tweaking Her Adorable Short Haircut
Hairstylist Jen Atkin and Jenna Dewan-Tatum had some more fun with the star’s short haircut last night before she hit an event for Buick, tweaking it into a piecey, uneven above-the-shoulder style inspired by model (and face of Lancôme) Daria Werbowy.

Now compare this with the cut this was based off of, according to Atkin.
The story here is about the texture—besides the length that’s what they have in common. Going smooth with a cut like this gives you an entirely different vibe, and making this switch takes you from pulled-together and in-control to looking edgy and fashion-forward. If you’re interested in re-creating it, have your stylist snip into your ends to create uneven strands that give you a beachy texture and lots of movement. Another thing that will help is a little salt spray. We’re loving this one from Bumble and Bumble Surf Infusion ($16, sephora.com). Just mist through wet strands and scrunch just a few times here and there with your fingers.
