Miley and Noah Cyrus Have Been Making Some Bold Hair Choices Lately

Another day, another attention-getting stunt from Miley Cyrus—and this time, it’s all about her hair.

Clip-on dreadlock ponytail with a giant rainbow hair-scrunchie base? We can’t ignore a hairstyle that’s giving us such magical *My Little Pony *vibes, but this sort of statement is par for the Miley course at this point. We’re much more focused on the new hair look that her teenage sister Noah Cyrus stepped out with last night.

Photographed at last night’s PETA 35th anniversary party with her mom, 15-year-old Noah was suddenly looking very grown-up and sophisticated, thanks to flowing dark-brunette waves pinned back old-Hollywood style with some rhinestone clips.

Young as she is, this beauty chameleon has already experimented with everything from sweet strawberry-blond strands to Kylie Jenner-esque blond wigs like this one (which she actually wore to Kylie’s birthday party in August).

Who knows where Noah’s hair whims will lead her from here, but we’d like to cast our vote for her sticking to this current hair color for a while. Dramatic yet age-appropriate and so flattering.
