Kate Middleton (a.k.a. the Duchess of Cambridge) stepped out to visit the Emma Bridgewater factory in Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, U.K., this morning in a half-up hairstyle. And now we’re all going to spend the rest of the day obsessing over this one little detail…

You see it’s really a mini ponytail situation, and she wrapped the band with a lock of her own hair. A super-classic move, sure. But it does do a lot for making this simple hairstyle look polished.

Now, the Duchess is a bit of a half-up fan ( going for the hairstyle during the holidays recently), so this isn’t the first time we’ve seen her go for a ‘do like this.
