Sarah Hyland debuted a new shoulder-skimming haircut over the weekend, saying goodbye to the mermaid-length strands she’s been sporting for months.

By hairstylist Ryan Richman, this new long bob frames Hyland’s face beautifully and gives the 24-year-old a more sophisticated vibe. And since it eliminated her blond ends, it also darkened her hair color a bit, giving her a more natural look.
