#TBT: Remember What Victoria Beckham Looked Like in the ’90s?

Before she was a big-name designer, Victoria Beckham was Posh Spice, the chicest member of the girl group the Spice Girls. With her big, teased-up hair, harsh makeup, and plucked-thin eyebrows, one could conclude that her style icon was apparently Fran Drescher in* The Nanny*. It was all so far off from her current impossibly sophisticated vibe, which all started in 1998, when, while still a member of the group, she cut her hair all off and made her cropped asymmetrical style the must-have thing for the following few years. But don’t mistake us here—in retrospect she looks a bit…aggressive, but at the time, Beckham (then called by her maiden name Victoria Adams) was the thing. We all wanted to zig-a-zig-ah just like her. Now we’re all just trying to get ahold of her incredibly flattering clothes while dreaming about her hot husband, soccer star David Beckham.
