Wow! Nicole Richie Looks So HOT Here!

Nicole Richie stepped out last night with a hair and makeup look that was totally edgy-sexy without looking like she was trying to hard. Let’s appreciate the good work here, shall we?

We’ve seen braided top buns before, sure, but I love how extra-tall hers is. It makes her look just a little out of the ordinary but not so much that she hits Cindy Lou Who territory.

And the makeup…well, the makeup is just lovely.

All she’s got on is some tawny eyeshadow with a whoooooooooole lot of black eyeliner. Clean, but still smoldering.

It all comes together so beautifully with that daring dress. Fantastic. I’m a fan.
