10 Crazy-Cool Pictures of Dogs Shaking Off Water (You’ve Gotta See These!)

Every week, I think I’ve seen the cutest animal pictures I can possibly find to show you lovelies, and every week I prove myself wrong.

This time, I’m dying over these amazing character-rich pictures of dogs shaking off water from photographer Carli Davidson. She captured the in-motion photos for her new series, Shake (which, by the way, are being published in a HarperCollins phoot book in fall 2013). “I think the best description of the images was by a friend who suggested that they capture the moment when a dog becomes a monster,” she says of the photo series. “I see very funny things and very organic things in them, gargoyles, driftwood, and cartoonish expressions. I just love uploading them and seeing the images for the first time, it’s a very Christmas morning kind of feeling.”
