Drake and Taylor Swift obviously have a thing going on, and they’re not ready to tell the world about it yet—but they’re totally cool with showing it off. Ever since Swift attended Drake’s 30th birthday party, fans have been left to make assumptions or buy into rumors about their relationship. Are they dating? Is Drake actually open to making new friends? Or are they cooking up something in the studio? A potential music collaboration seems the most likely scenario, but Drake and Taylor Swift clearly aren’t in a rush to give us any solid information because a new photo shared by the rapper leaves more questions than it answers.

In the early hours of Friday morning, Drake took to Instagram to post a mysterious photo of him and Swift with their backs turned to the camera. With the red and mirrored photos in the background, the photo was clearly taken at West Hollywood spot Delilah, where Drake had his epic star-filled 30th birthday. Another clue that it was taken that night? Their attire: Drake sported the same velvet blazer for his birthday bash, while Swift’s two-piece outfit and flash tattoos were captured in countless Instagrams from the same evening.

Drake kept his caption intentionally vague, asking, “Is that velvet?” We’re just going to assume velvet is in reference to the sound of their upcoming collaboration.
