So, it’s finally here: the last first episode of 30 Rock premieres tonight at 8 PM EST on NBC.
As I reflected on the beginning of the end of the greatest meta-comedy of our time, I began to consider the wisdom of Liz Lemon. Our beloved anti-heroine has come a long way over the course of seven seasons, and it looks like she may finally have it all: a satisfying job, a committed relationship, a family of her own, and a totally boss NYC apartment. Sure, she may still use her oven to warm her jeans, but LL’s instilled some valuable life advice in 30 Rock‘s viewers, advice that will last beyond the conclusion of Season 7. So, without further adieu, may I present to you “Liz Lemon’s Guide to Life”:
