Matthew Perry and Matt LeBlanc Reunited Last Night! Come See the Photos
We should all celebrate with a cup of joe at Central Perk (or your nearest Starbucks) that Showtime, CBS, and the CW threw an incredible TCA party last night that reunited Friends’ Joey and Chandler Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry, as well as Dawson’s Creek‘s Pacey and Dawson Joshua Jackson and James Van Der Beek. Just look:
The Emmy-nominated LeBlanc stars in Showtime’s Episodes, which returns in 2016. Perry returns for the second season of The Odd Couple during midseason.
The Late Show‘s Stephen Colbert was kind enough to fill in for Katie Holmes (who guest-stars on Showtime’s Ray Donovan this season) at the TCA party with former Dawson’s costars Joshua Jackson (The Affair) and James Van Der Beek (CSI: Cyber).
CBS’s own superstar, Melissa Benoist (Supergirl) was joined at the party by CBS president and CEO Leslie Moonves and CBS entertainment president Nina Tassler. Set your DVRs now for the premiere of Supergirl on Monday, October 26.
Jon Voight was a little more playful than Matthew Perry was in his photo with Matt LeBlanc. Voight’s Ray Donovan is currently airing on Showtime.
The Affair‘s Ruth Wilson joined Masters of Sex star Lizzy Caplan at the soiree. Caplan next stars in The Night Before and Now You See Me: The Second Act. Wilson will next appear in How to Talk to Girls at Parties alongside Nicole Kidman and Elle Fanning.
Jackson and Wilson also spent time at the party with their Affair costar Dominic West. The second season of The Affair premieres on Showtime on Sunday, October 4, at 10 P.M.
The Late Late Show‘s James Corden cozied up to Mom‘s Anna Faris and later dined on grilled paninis. It was announced yesterday that Corden will host a future episode of The Late Late Show from YouTube’s LA Space later this fall, featuring all YouTube talent.
Life in Pieces‘ Dianne Wiest, James Brolin, and Colin Hanks promoted their new comedy, which premieres September 21 and also stars Betsy Brandt, Zoe Lister Jones, and Thomas Sadowski.
William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum are currently shooting new episodes of Shameless, which premieres next year.
Kunal Nayyar was the sole member of The Big Bang Theory to attend the CBS soiree. Big Bang returns Monday, September 21, and we’ll finally find out what happens to Shamy, Penny and Leonard, Raj, and the others.
Masters of Sex stars Annaleigh Ashford and Caitlin FitzGerald mingled with their costars and fellow Showtime colleagues. Later, at the Masters of Sex panel, Ashford praised the rest of the cast for all their support and enthusiasm over her recent Tony win.
Lizzy Caplan and Josh Charles get cheeky with the Twitter mirror on the red carpet.
Damian Lewis returns to the small screen next January in Billions, while William H. Macy is currently shooting season six of Shameless.
Lewis joins costars Condola Rashad, Maggie Siff, and Malin Akerman in Billions, a drama about power politics in the world of New York high finance.
CW president Mark Pedowitz joined two of the network’s leading ladies (that would be Jane the Virgin‘s Gina Rodriguez and Crazy Ex Girlfriend‘s Rachel Bloom) on the red carpet. Jane the Virgin returns for its sophomore season on October 12, while Crazy Ex Girlfriend debuts October 19. And it was just announced that Britney Spears will guest-star on Jane this fall! She’ll play Rogelio’s “nemesis.”
