Well, Cole Sprouse Is Now Blatantly Flirting With Lili Reinhart on Instagram

It’s only been a week since Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse seemingly made their long-rumored relationship Instagram official, but Sprouse is already taking his digital flirting up a notch. On Tuesday (August 14), after Reinhart uploaded a few photos from her recent cover shoot with L’Officiel Netherlands on Instagram, her Riverdale co-star slid into the comments section to leave a hilariously thirsty message.

As celebrity watchdog account Comments By Celebs dutifully immortalized via screenshot, Sprouse’s flirting was of the vintage variety. “A/s/l?” he wrote, using the abbreviation for age/sex/location that was popular in late-’90s and early-2000s chat rooms.

Reinhart has commented on Sprouse’s photos before, too, but they’re typically more straight-forward. “Damn that’s good,” she wrote on one of his latest artsy shots. She also posted a smiley emoji on his recent announcement that he’d be sharing more of his private, “sentimental photos” with followers.

Earlier this month, Sprouse and Reinhart seemingly confirmed their relationship on Instagram. In honor of Sprouse’s 26th birthday, Reinhart uploaded a photo of him, alongside a caption that seemed to carry more weight than usual. “I’m so thankful that our paths intertwined to form this beautiful adventure~ Happy birthday, my love,” she wrote. And though you can definitely “love” a platonic friend, this certainly didn’t stop fans from declaring Reinhart and Sprouse are Instagram official. Whether or not that’s actually true, however, is still up for debate. Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse’s relationship status is still truthfully a mystery, even with all these receipts.
