Ashley Graham Wants to Use Her Body to Tell Women That Cellulite and Rolls Are OK
Model Ashley Graham has not been shy about baring her curves, designing a lingerie collection and rocking a sexy black bikini in the storied pages of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit edition. Now she’s talking about what it’s felt like to be labeled as a plus-size model for over a decade, opening up at Forbes’ 30 Under 30 summit to touch on how she wants to use her spotlight to inspire women everywhere.
“I’m using my body to let other women know that imperfections are OK. That cellulite, rolls, curves, all of it, things that jiggle that shouldn’t be jiggling, it’s OK,” she said. Graham’s been modeling for 15 years, throughout all of which she was considered plus-size.

Graham on the runway at at New York Fashion Week last month, showing her lingerie line with Addition Elle
Graham told Glamour she was in disbelief when she heard the lingerie brand she’s collaborating with, Addition Elle, would actually be showing her collection at New York Fashion Week. From there, excited shock developed into nerves on the day of the show.
“While I was getting my hair and makeup done backstage, I was nervous. But right before I went out, I took it all in and told myself this was going to be great. Now that it’s done, I’m really proud to have shown. To me, this is showing women in America that you are included, we haven’t forgotten about you.”
The bombshell’s stellar style isn’t limited just to lingerie sets either. Her casual looks, like the white jeans and tank she wore for a recent Good Morning America visit, is just as sexy as the choices she makes for evening. The corset-fit of the LBD she picked to wear to a Sports Illustrated party last winter made her curves look especially killer/
