“Iris Apfel is one of Barbie’s fashion role models,” a representative for Mattel tells Glamour. In keeping with Apfel’s signature over-the-top looks, the Iris Apfel doll’s outfit is unmissable. She wears a replica of the green Gucci suit Apfel donned for the cover of her book, Accidental Icon, topped with colorful, chunky jewelry and Apfel’s signature oversize glasses.

Fans of Apfel won’t be able to nab her exact Barbie—the Iris Apfel doll released today is one-of-a-kind. However, Barbie will release a “Styled By” Barbie that takes fashion cues from Apfel later this year.
