Beyonce’s New Tour Outfits are Super Sexy (Because, Surfboard)

Jay Z and Beyonce’s couples tour kicked off last night in Miami and while I’m sure the show was fantastic, I’m personally a little more interested in scooping out what she was wearing. Phoebe’s hopes for the tour might not have involved super-sexy costumes, but hey—what else can you expect from a fashion girl?

This sheer black, lingerie-esque Atelier Versace look is becoming standard Bey fare. Fawnia lovingly compiled a list of some of her most major concert looks and I spy the same vibe three times (including last year’s extra-steamy Grammy performance). And snaps to her for wearing thick-heeled combat boots that look like they’d be supportive for dancing and jumping.

Similar, but toned down a touch, was this black leotard with a hint of fringe at the neckline. It reminds me of a practice leotard a dancer might wear to rehearsal, but with that horizontal pole and everything, I’m sure she got down to some pretty sexy dancing.

How Versace fabulous is this bright number? It’s a custom bodysuit from the label in a Pre-Fall 2014 print that’s pretty major. Don’t even get me started on the headpiece (I love it!).

Denim had its moment, too, with this little booty-short, custom Diesel jumpsuit with a heavy metal eagle belt at the waist and some other embellishments scattered around.

It looks like Beyonce loves her spangles! After that post of Fawnia’s, I totally should’ve seen this coming, but the fringed, metallic jumpsuit still awed and amazed me. It has the same sort of vibe I think we’ll see from Cher’s upcoming world tour, no?
