So the the 2016 Cannes Film Festival started, what, five minutes ago and we already have a new style star to rave about. Well, it’s not so much a new fashionable celeb as much as the return of a much cherished one.
We’re talking about Kirsten Dunst, who’s back in the spotlight and looking amazing. Kirsten is on the jury for the 2016 festival and has been blowing us away with her looks so far—and something tells us, the fashion fun has only just begun.
She’s is no stranger to the Cannes Film Festival’s famed red carpet, having worn Nina Ricci and Chanel in years past. This year, we’re seeing some out-of-the-box designer options and clearly, we’re in love, but check them out and decide for yourself.
She chose this pink Gucci dress with sequined floral appliqués for the opening of Café Society.
She wore this incredibly intricate nude embroidered silk dress by Aouadi Couture at the festival’s opening ceremony on Tuesday night. The insanely gorgeous dress is one of only 13 dresses that 35-year-old designer Yacine Aouadi created for his spring collection. Get this: It’s embellished with 700 buttons.
This morning, she channeled Grace Kelly in a lemon-yellow Dior shirtdress and and a retro basket bag. The metallic belt gives it a futuristic touch.
