Carrie Underwood’s 10 Best Red Carpet Looks
Our June cover star, Carrie Underwood, knows how to turn up the drama on the red carpet (seriously, this girl is way into glitz and glamour). Check out some of the most memorable dresses and gowns she’s ever worn and tell me which one is your favorite!
Here’s Carrie in 2007 wearing a stunning red gown by Naeem Khan.
She isn’t afraid of bold color but her true signature are glitzy dresses in metallic shades. Here she is at the 2010 Grammy Awards in a strapless dress by Reem Acra.
Carrie wore a hand-embroidered dress by Theia to the 2009 CMA Awards.
That same year she won our Best Dressed at the Grammys poll in this gorgeous gold gown.
Carrie wore gold again to the 2011 CMA Awards. This all-sparkle dress was also designed by Reem Acra.
And here she is in gunmetal silver (and – whoa – lots of ruffles) at the 2010 CMA Awards. Carrie was onto the peplum trend before it was even A Thing.
Short dresses also work for Carrie. (Um, have you seen her legs?!) She wore this fab silver dress to the American Idol finale in 2010.
And she donned a fun lacy number at the People’s Choice Awards that same year.
Two other red carpet looks we love on Carrie: her low-fi cowboy thing (yes, I’m talkin’ boots and denim) and when she goes all ethereal on us. Here’s photographic evidence from 2010 and 2012, respectively.
So ladies, which of Carrie’s red carpet looks is your favorite? What do you love about her style? Tell me in the comments!
