Christina Hendricks Says She Can Never Go Braless
There are certain things about fashion only women with big busts understand, including the need for clothing to be designed and constructed in a manner that allows for a bra to be worn. And Christina Hendricks gets it, taking a moment at Zac Posen’s spring ’16 show to talk curvy style.

“I love Zac’s clothes, but if he were ever to make a dress with no back I’ll have to pass,” she told the New York Post. “I have to wear a bra, so I don’t wear backless dresses—you see what I’m working with!”

That said, she might have found a loophole for her stance on bras. In a previous interview the actress revealed that dresses made by designer Christian Siriano were often supportive enough to let her go undergarment-free. He “makes his dresses that way. It makes me feel so taken care of,” she said.
She was next to Alicia Silverstone in the front row when Siriano presented his spring range earlier this week at New York Fashion Week (which included the exact pink gown Taylor Swift wore in her “Wildest Dreams” video!). And not for nothing, but the rich ruby Siriano gown she had on certainly looked like it was crafted in a way that would have provided enough structure and support to skip an extra base layer. Plus, with the sleeves falling slightly off the shoulder, hiding a traditional bra strap would’ve been nearly impossible.
