False Alarm: Miranda Kerr Not Returning to Victoria’s Secret
This morning’s reports that Miranda Kerr was returning to Victoria’s Secret have been put to rest by a spokesperson from the brand, who revealed to Glamour that there are no plans of a reunion.
“The recent reports regarding Victoria’s Secret and Miranda Kerr signing a new contract are completely untrue, and we have no idea how they got reported. Victoria’s Secret appreciates all that Miranda has done with the brand, and all the amazing things she continues to do with her own projects, but there are no plans, on the part of either party, to renew.”
Original report below:
*Miranda Kerr might be getting her Victoria’s Secret wings back, with rumors that she’s set to return to the lingerie giant in time for this fall’s runway spectacular. The supermodel was last seen on the brand’s runway in 2012 and confirmed she’d severed professional ties in the spring of 2013. *
Now, a source tells The Fix that Kerr and Victoria’s Secret are negotiating to get her back on board, with numbers currently hovering around a whopping $3.8 million. There’s no specifics on what an inked contract could include, though the insider did say Kerr would be in the runway show this fall and might design a collaboration that would benefit charities she supports.
We reached out to Victoria’s Secret for comment but did not hear back by press time.

When she officially split from Victoria’s Secret back in 2013, Kerr quickly put down rumors suggesting it was a bad breakup, telling reporters her long-term goals had always been about becoming a full-fledged businesswoman.
“I’ve been modeling since I was 13, [and] I’m now entering a new phase in my life. I realized I needed to prioritize my time,” she told The Sydney Morning Herald. “I have to be careful to make strategic long-term decisions with my personal and business interests. I’ve reached a point in my career where I’m developing my own opportunities that are really reflective of my passions.” Kerr said she was invited to walk in Victoria’s Secret’s 2013 runway show, but had to decline due to scheduling conflicts.
The Australian bombshell is a familiar face for many brands, posing in recent campaigns for Escada, Swarovski, and 7 for All Mankind, and working on her skin care line Kora Organics. Her modeling work hasn’t stopped either, claiming recent covers for the Australian, Japanese, and Thai editions of Harper’s Bazaar.

Kerr walked in the Victoria’s Secret runway show from 2006 to 2012, skipping in 2010 when she was pregnant with son Flynn Bloom (who was born in January 2011).
