I don’t want to sound like a conspiracy theorist or anything, but I have the sneaking suspicion that Reese Witherspoon is an alien–either that or an escaped wax figure from Madame Tussauds museum. The following year, she amped up the drama to 11 at the Country Music Awards by slipping into a va-va-voom black lace Marchesa gown.

My personal favorite might just be this purple satiny Vera Wang number she wore in March of 2010 not only because it’s flattering and versatile but also because if you squint your eyes a little, you’ll see what I mean about Reese’s otherworldly hair, makeup and style perfection:
