The Biggest Loser’s Dolvett Quince Shares 5 Tips for Getting in Shape for Bikini Season (Plus, Chat With Him Live!)

I don’t want to freak y’all out, but bikini season is pretty much just around the corner. So it’s a good thing The Biggest Loser trainer Dolvett Quince is here to provide some of his hard-body wisdom, just in time. He’ll be chatting on our Facebook wall TODAY, March 4, from 12 to 12:30 P.M. ET to talk all things fitness, and he wants to answer your questions!

Who wouldn’t want this guy’s advice? Hello, muscles!

In the meantime, get Dolvett’s top five tips for getting the summer bod of your dreams:

  1. Stay hydrated so you won’t feel bloated. Drinking plenty of water is a great way to flush out your system and lean down.

  2. Tone those legs with squats, lunges, and curtsies. Happy booty, happy bikini!

  3. Don’t be afraid of lifting weights. Try adding them in every 10 minutes during your cardio routine. This fusion gives you a sexy, lean body!

  4. Eat raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries! Berries are high in fiber. Here come the “F’s”: Fiber fights fat and gives you a flat stomach! That says it all.

  5. If you’re on vacation, wake up every morning with a yoga routine or a run. Early-morning workouts energize you and give you that toned, lean feeling to take with you all day!
