Moving’ on up: Katie Holmes is saying goodbye to the NYC rental she and daughter Suri Cruise landed in after fleeing Tom Cruise and their Beverly Hills mansion in 2012. She just signed a lease on new penthouse apartment—in Chelsea, the same neighborhood—that features three bedrooms and two bathrooms in a roomy 2,400 square feet with a $25,000 a month price tag.

Standout features include “a wood-burning fireplace wrapped in slate tiles, and an angular kitchen built for a chef, with a double oven in one wall, a five-burner range, and a built-in espresso machine,” according to Zillow. “The master suite boasts a concrete dual-sink vanity and an oversize walk-in shower.”
