Avril Lavigne’s Wedding Dress: The Bride Wore BLACK When She Married Chad Kroeger

When Vera Wang sent a bunch of black wedding dresses down the runway a few seasons back, I was all, “I don’t know about THIS trend, Vera.” But black wedding dresses seem to be catching on, at least among the Hollywood set: First 90210’s Shenae Grimes wore one of Vera’s black dresses to say “I do” in London. And Avril Lavigne just took her second trip down the aisle in a custom black wedding dress by Monique Lhuillier. She also carried black roses, and her groom, Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger, wore black-on-black-on-black too. So I guess they had a theme going—or at least a strong color palette.
