Saturday Night Live Alum Andy Samberg Married Singer-Songwriter Joanna Newsom

Justin Timberlake and his missus weren’t the only famous friends who celebrated Andy Samberg and Joanna Newsom’s wedding in Big Sur over the weekend: According to Us Weekly, there were more celebs in the crowd, including Amy Poehler, Maya Rudolph, Adam Sandler, and Saturday Night Live creator Lorne Michaels. Amy and Maya were joined by their menfolk, boyfriend Nick Kroll and husband Paul Thomas Anderson, respectively. AND Maya and Paul brought their brand-spankin’-new baby to the wedding too. Whew!

The bride reportedly walked down the aisle in a Zac Posen wedding dress.

From Us Weekly: “Despite lots of laughter, there were tears too. ‘Andy’s speech was the perfect mix of comedy and sentiment,’ a source said. ‘Both he and Joanna were crying throughout the speech.'”

I feel like it must have been the funniest and most fun party ever, but a tiny part of me worries that there were too many funny people there, and it all imploded. Like, maybe if all those people get together, it’s actually really boring and awkward, because no one wants to be funny when the camera’s off. Perhaps I’m overthinking this.
