Alert: Chip and Joanna Gaines’ Bed and Breakfast Is Accepting Reservations Again

Looking for a last-minute Valentine’s Day gift? If any of these didn’t fit the bill for your S.O., the duo behind Fixer Upper is now presenting us with the perfect last-ditch present for the Joanna to your Chip (or vice versa): The Magnolia House, the Gaines’ bed-and-breakfast in McGregor, Texas, is accepting reservations once again.

Chip and Joanna Gaines renovated The Magnolia House into a bed-and-breakfast on an episode of their hit HGTV show Fixer Upper, and it has all the trappings of the couple’s signature, impeccable design style: wide-plank wood floors, farmhouse-chic furnishings, and shiplap for days, obviously. The 1800s historic home turned B&B can now host up to eight people, must be rented in its entirety, and is conveniently located near their Magnolia Market at the Silos—making it the ideal spot for that Waco getaway you’ve been craving. (Which was never even a thing pre–Chip and Joanna.) But The Magnolia House is, unfortunately, just as wildly popular as the television show it appeared on: Reservations for January to June 2017 sold out completely in under an hour.

If you missed out on that first block of reservations for 2017, here’s the good news: The Magnolia House will be open for reservations for July to December 2017 on February 15, starting at 7:00 P.M. CT. The price per night ranges from $695 to $995 and must be booked for a minimum of two nights—but, really, can you put a price on living and breathing the stunning style that is Joanna Gaines’? Or potentially running into Chip on his way to demo day? We think not. Set an alarm now, though, because these reservations are bound to disappear fast.

But if you don’t snag a Magnolia House stay this go around, no worries: These other Fixer Upper homes are available to rent as well (just don’t tell Chip and Joanna).
