Cara Delevingne once wanted to shave those glorious eyebrows! The 22-year-old model, Instagram sensation, and face of My Burberry fragrance gets honest.

My favorite feature: “The back of my head? OK, my eyebrows. But to be honest, I was forced to like my eyebrows. I absolutely despised them originally, and I wanted to shave them off. But my mother was just like, ‘You’ll regret that for the rest of your life. Don’t you dare touch them!’ I didn’t.”

My beauty regret: “At fashion shows my brows often get bleached, and they’ve been dyed back much darker—like jet black, where you can’t even see my skin. Sometimes with Just for Men! What a mistake. At times the two brows aren’t even the same color!”

My first scent memories: “My granny used to wear a lot of perfume. She always smelled amazing. That, and the smells of the Sunday roast.”

My best off-duty look: “No makeup. That’s my signature.”

My Zen place: “Grace Belgravia spa in London. I love all the healthy salads and juices there. And I do yoga every day. My head is all over the shop usually—so many things going on in my brain—so I need yoga to ground me.”

My beauty icon: “Elizabeth Taylor. She’s epic. The boss, ya know? Her best character was Martha in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf? I’ve watched that movie over and over again.”

My dream role: “Elizabeth Taylor! Or a really strong woman: a superhero.” [Delevingne is cast as the Enchantress in the 2016 DC Comics film Suicide Squad.]

My desert-island products: “Lucas’ Papaw Ointment [as lip balm] and Nivea cream—they’re great for dryness. I used to get psoriasis; the cream was so helpful.”

My Instagram approach: “It’s all about angles, I think. I also can’t stand seeing pictures of people just looking seriously at the camera. I don’t know, that’s just me. Have something fun in the background, do something interesting, have a prop, a hat!”
