ICYMI: Emma Stone Is NOT a Redhead Anymore

Within no less than five minutes of Emma Stone arriving on the 2016 Met Gala red carpet tonight, my phone notifications looked something like this…

Emma Stone is a brunette now!!!!

Now, if you stalk fan sites dedicated to Emma Stone’s hair like it’s your job—like me, because it actually is my job—you’ll know that the actress went brunette way back in February. But up until this point, all we’ve seen are grainy paparazzi shots taken via telephoto lens of Stone in back alleyways—presumably of her on-set—with her hair always either pulled back or tucked under a cap.

Which brings me to this point: Even though this is three months late, this hairstyle clearly deserves a grand debut, and thus a post about its grand debut. So, without further ado, here is your first real good look at Emma Stone, the chestnut-hued brunette.

Was it worth every single minute of waiting? Oh, yeah.
