10 Shows That Could Become Your Next Netflix Addiction

We’ve all seen Orange Is the New Black by now—some of us might have even watched it twice. And now that it’s officially chilly, I know you’re probably looking for some new streamfest fodder. These series all live on Netflix and will carry you right through “it’s too cold to go out” season.

ONE SEASON

Gavin & Stacey This darling British series follows a couple who come together after flirting on the phone and the many oddballs in both of their lives. Fox based its upcoming Us & Them on the show. (Fans are hoping seasons two and three get added soon.)

Life Before Damian Lewis was Brody, he was wrongly imprisoned cop Charlie Crews, who tries to right the wrongs that led to his sentence once he gets out of jail. This was one of those shows whose cancellation made people furious, so it’s gotta be good.

TWO SEASONS

Call the Midwife Come for the grabby gimmick (young girls delivering babies in 1950s London), stay for Miranda Hart. I know you don’t know who she is right this second, but you will soon be completely in love with her.

Bomb Girls Attention, all you girls who’ve gone as Rosie the Riveter for Halloween: You will love the midcentury grit and glamour of this series, which follows the plucky wartime lady employees of a Canadian munitions factory.

THREE SEASONS

Pretty Little Liars I know, I didn’t realize the dishy drama was on Netflix either. But it is, which means no more excuses not to catch up as your BFF has been begging you to. Bonus: You can read Phoebe’s recaps as you go.

FOUR SEASONS

Coupling People go nuts for this British series about dating and friendship; apparently, it’s that show six or seven shows a year try and fail to be.

FIVE SEASONS

Damages It’s still on my to-do list to start the Glenn Close/Rose Byrne face-off from the beginning.

SIX SEASONS

Greek The college comedy that launched a thousand careers still totally holds up. (Yup, that’s Padma from Revenge!)

SEVEN SEASONS

The West Wing In which you’ll discover why everyone tried so hard to like The Newsroom. Also perfect for anyone who finds it really difficult to wait the week between Scandal eps for more White House drama.

ELEVEN SEASONS

Cheers Holy crap, all of Cheers is on Netflix! This is life-changing—I gotta go.
