I don’t know about your neck of the woods, but outside my apartment it’s freezing cold and everything is covered in snow, meaning that there’s no time like the present to get some virtual warm weather by way of the amazing costumes at Carnival.

Revelers in spots like Trinidad and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, have been living it up before things get a bit more somber (the period happens right before the Roman Catholic season of Lent, that time when you might have heard a friend grumble about giving up coffee or chocolate until around Easter).
