You’ve got to give it to Cher Horowitz, because 20 years ago she was wearing a cross-body celly bag when most of us didn’t even have cell phones, let alone smartphones.

A celly bag, you ask? It’s a handbag so small it only fits your cellphone, duh.

Well, either a bunch of designers got together for a ’90s fest and decided to watch Clueless, or they finally realized that we women just wanted something cute to throw our iPhones in, because these teeny,tiny just-the-right-size-for-a-smartphone bags are becoming a big deal (see: Chloé, Saint Laurent—it never hurts to look, right?). We spotted more than a few at Coachella, which means that, like lots of summer trends that get launched at the fest, you can expect to see them all over this summer.
