Lauren Conrad vs. Heidi Montag. Which *Hills* Star Scored the Best Bling?

I doubt we’ll see Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag in the same room for a while (or, like, ever), so I figured I’d get the girls together on Save the Date for old time’s sake.

Lauren, you may have heard, recently accepted a proposal from law student William Tell, while Heidi swapped vows with—Um, what was that guy’s name again?—in 2008. Suffice to say the ladies lives have taken different courses, but they’re both now sporting hefty engagement rings, so let’s compare.

LC’s rolling with a round-cut diamond in a four-prong setting—here are five “inspired by” picks—while Heidi’s diamond appears to be pink and cushion-cut with a white-diamond halo and a plain band. (If I remember correctly, Spencer picked it up from a sketchy costume jewelry site or something.)
