Hairstyle Idea: Here’s How To Get Amanda Seyfried’s Total-Bombshell Blowout

Now that we’re done talking about how insanely sexy Amanda Seyfried’s eye makeup is in this photo, I think we need to talk about her hair. It’s the perfect bombshell blowout–and her stylist has shared the secrets behind the look. Check ’em out.

Hairstylist Jenny Cho gave Amanda this Brigitte Bardot-inspired blowout for last week’s premiere of “In Time”. Here’s her how-to:

1. Towel-dry hair and apply volumizing spray all over, concentrating on the roots. (She used Suave Professionals Volumizing Root Boost Spray.)

2. Apply anti-frizz cream to your ends and then blow hair dry using a large round brush.

3. Set your hair on large Velcro rollers; roll all sections back away from your face except for the front sides, which should be rolled under. Let hair cool on the rollers while you do your makeup.

4. Unroll your hair starting at the nape of your neck and gently brush with a boar-bristle paddle brush like the Mason Pearson. Tease your crown a bit to add slight height at the roots.

5. Mist with light-hold hairspray to finish.

Oh man, it’s times like these I wish I knew where my Velcro rollers were–I’d totally be dusting them off and getting back into using them.
