Singer Lana Del Rey Is Trying to Make the Sparkly Tooth Cap Happen. Are We Doing This Again? Is This Going to Become a Thing Now?

Oh, the tooth cap. It’s had a spotty history on the red carpet. You may remember back in the ’90s Madonna sported a gold one. And while rappers got creative with entire mouths full of metal, it seemed like lady stars decided to leave their pearly whites alone for the most part and teeth everywhere went naked—at least in mainstream Hollywood. Until recently, thanks to Ke$hsa upon occasion, and more consistently, singer Lana Del Rey who keeps showing up with a sparkly thingamabob on one of her eye teeth.

So, um, are we back to this? Did I miss something? Is this some sort of statement? If tooth covers do come back, would you guys be into it? And why the canine tooth? Why? I have a lot of questions, obviously, but not a lot of answers.
