Kaley Cuoco’s Workout Trick for Killer Abs
Yep! There’s no doubt that Kaley Cuoco is rocking some nice abdominal muscles these days:
But abs like hers don’t just magically appear out of nowhere—apparently Kaley is a big fan of working hard, according to her trainer, George C. King, who talked to People about the Big Bang Theory star’s favorite workout routines. Turns out that Kaley likes to mix it up, doing lunges, squat jumps, squats, leg curls, dead lifts, but doesn’t ditch the fun. She also includes hiking, yoga, and…horseback riding!
OK, but back to those abs. King says that Kaley does this circuit three to four times, with 60 to 90 seconds of rest between each one, in order to target her core:

20 sit-ups
-
15 hanging knee lifts (while hanging on to an overhead bar with your hands, pull your knees up to your chest)

60-second elbow plank on the ground, or on a stability ball
